Summary

Our partnership, made up of 11 European institutions, wants to bring together young people and adults, belonging to  disadvantaged  groups (unemployed, jobless, immigrants, disabled, culturally marginalized, ethnic, people with special educational needs, etc - according to the partner institutions' target groups), to value their mutual potential and learn how to help each other build their own personal and professional life project with a view to rendering them able to put into force their capabilities and integrate/reintegrate in the society.
The previous institutional expertise will be put together in a brochure including 11 examples of good practice that will constitute the starting point in finding the best pedagogical approaches to work with the target groups.
Each institution will apply a common survey on two groups made up of 50 young people and 50 adults about issues related to the generation gap and personal social frustrations. Common conclusions will be drawn to be used in the future planned activities.
The next step will be to form a group of 24 people (12 young people and 12 adults) who will be involved in an activity finalized  with a product previously negotiated with them (an art exhibition or a show, a folk dance, a choir, a film, a workshop, a flash mob, a handmade, a digital presentation, etc).
The activities will be filmed, constituting valuable resources to be shared within the partnership, and with local authorities, educational experts, media, etc.
The final volume will contain 22 examples of good practice that will be  uploaded on the site of the project. The  film of the activities will be available in DVD format.
This European project will involve over 1300 people in activities and over 180 in mobilities.
